Objetivo del Programa: Preparar a los estudiantes y brindarles las habilidades necesarias para poder obtener empleo en centros de vida asistida y agencias de atención de salud en el hogar.
Descripción del Programa: Este programa incluye clases impartidas por un instructor, así como práctica y aplicación de habilidades en un laboratorio clínico. Para completar el programa, los estudiantes deben aprobar cuestionarios diarios, exámenes semanales y un examen final. Durante el programa también se ofrece capacitación sobre VIH/SIDA. Al finalizar el curso, los estudiantes recibirán un certificado que confirma que han cumplido con los requisitos del programa.

Program Objective: Prepare students for employment as phlebotomy technicians.
Program Description:This program trains students in safe and effective blood specimen collection through capillary and venipuncture on adults, children, and neonates. Instruction includes proper specimen handling, labeling, blood smear preparation, timed specimen collection, and maintaining specimen integrity for laboratory testing. Students also learn patient care, safety procedures, medical terminology, CPR (Heartsaver), communication, and employability skills. Additional training includes specimen processing, centrifuging, aliquoting samples, laboratory specimen distribution, and preparation of collection trays.

Program Description: This program provides foundational knowledge and practical training in massage therapy. Topics include massage theory and techniques, anatomy & physiology, hydrotherapy, professional ethics, communication, & Florida laws & regulations. The course also prepares students for safe professional practice and the MBLEx (Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination).
Program Objectives: Students will demonstrate foundational knowledge of massage therapy techniques & modalities, understand key anatomy & physiology concepts, recognize indications & contraindications for massage services, apply professional ethics & communication skills, & understand Florida laws while preparing for entry-level practice & the MBLEx exam.

Program Objective: To prepare students for employment in a variety of health care settings as entry level coder, medical record coder, coding technician, coding clerks, medical coder/biller or medical records and health information technicians. Program Description: This program includes instructor-led classroom, practice in a skills lab and hands-on application. Courses are designed to teach medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, coding systems, fundamentals of disease process including pharmacology, health care delivery systems, basics of medical records services, ethical and legal responsibilities, safety/security procedures, basic data processing, and employability skills.
